Single Facer [ Double profile ]

Main Structure and Features

• Individual drive box, separating dynamic oscillating, improves running stability.
• Corrugating rolls Available with diameter  280mm,300mm and 320mm are made of EN 19.
• Fine machined pressure roll with diameter  290mm,310mm,330mm and glue applicator roll (diameter  254mm) with optimum material.
• Main bearings, lubricated with high-temperature grease.  Provide outstanding sealing performance and reliable lubricating.  Thin oil is optional.

Main structure and Features

• Frame made of channel iron, angle iron.
• There is a single-faced web-elevating device with cotton belt equipped above each single facer.

Two sets of operation boxes with one at bridge and the other at glue machine.

Glue Machine-  Main structure and Features

• Suitable for single-wall, double-wall line respectively.
• The engagement and disengagement between pressure roll and applicator roll are mechanically controlled.
• Individual drive unit is equipped for applicator roll when double facer provides drive source so as to prevent glue from drying out.  Self-power is optional.
• Max. working speed : 60mpm,80mpm,100mp

Double Baker

• Surface ground steel hot plates are of inner whirlpool structure, 175mm high and 550mm width.
• Dense weight rolls of heating unit are manually and automatically lifted and lowered as a whole and also manually and automatically press the web in section independently of each other.
• Dense weight rolls of cooling unit ensure perfect forming quality.
• If configured with  cut-off, the drive unit must be driven with external power.

Main drive roll knurling with diameter 645mm , featuring smooth and stable belt conveying.

• Imported Felt with excellent heat emitting, ventilation, moisture-proof, and age-resistance.
• Manual felt run controller for both felts.  Automatic felt run controller is optional for the upper felt.
• According to requirement, 10 hot plates for 3 Ply and 20 hot plates for 5 Ply can be configured in heating unit.

DRIVE ROLL STAND

• Main drive rolls knurling 860mm for upper roll  645mm for lower roll) .
• The big gear of drive roll employs bevel gear, reducing noise dramatically.

Slitter Scorer

Main Structure and Features

• Motorized switchover between two rotary working stations.
• Slitting tool and male-to-female scoring wheel.  Standard configuration
• Slitting tool can be reground repeatedly, prolonging its life.
• Axial adjustment for working station to meet web deviation.
• Drive source is separate.
• Point-to-flat scoring wheels are included (4sets)
